Tirsdag 24. okt: Denver

I got up at 5:30 (honestly!) because I couldn’t sleep anymore.  After a couple of hours we were on our way to Denver and made a quick (?) stop at Caboose Hobbies, before we parked and rode the light rail into downtown.  We walked along 16th street mall and browsed the many souvenir stores selling genuine(?) Colorado artifacts.  We ate lunch at Hard Rock Cafe and enjoyed ourselves in the nice weather. We finished our Denver trip with a stop at Cherry Creek Mall – an upscale shopping center on the southeast side of town. Back in Colorado Springs Geir took us to his favorite Chinese restaurant and then we relaxed at his place before we got to bed.
